QuitJourney - Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using QuitJourney (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License and Use

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose: support for quitting cigarettes, vaping or nicotine pouches.
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.

No Medical Advice

The App provides general wellness information and calculations. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional medical guidance. Consult a healthcare professional before making health decisions.

No Guarantees

Progress calculations, projections, and notifications are estimates and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

Premium, Subscriptions and Purchases

• QuitJourney Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the App before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Where a free trial is offered, it is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings under your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• All purchases are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.
• The App shows no ads. Pricing and availability of Premium may change.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate input data for best results.
• Keep your device secure; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuitJourney and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits arising from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuitJourney and its developers from claims arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country or state of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
